We’re currently experiencing short delays in processing delivery receipts.
This will effect any Clockwork customers that have delivery receipts forwarded and the sent messages pages for all Textburst customers.
These delays are currently only a few minutes, and we’re working on a fix. We’ll post a further update this afternoon or sooner if things change.
Delays on delivery receipts have increased a little, a small number of customer (less than 10) have a few hundred receipts currently queued up, we’re working on resolving this issue.
We believe we’ve now found the cause of this delay and have put a fix in place, you should see any delayed delivery receipts coming through now.
Any delayed delivery receipts have now been processed and forwarded on to customers. From our final analysis this delay only affected customers using SSL on their delivery receipt URLs.
Sorry for any inconvenience these delays have caused, and we will be keeping a close eye on things this afternoon to make sure the problem doesn’t reoccur.
