  • Problems at Vodafone

    Vodafone are currently experiencing issues processing inbound SMS on long numbers.

    This means that if a person texts you via a long number on either your Textburst or Clockwork account then you may see a delay in receiving that message.

    Note: This only applies to text messages sent to Vodafone registered long numbers. It doesn’t affect shortcodes e.g. 84433.

    We’ll update as and when we know more.

    Update:
    We started receiving inbound messages from Vodafone at around 18:45 on Friday evening and all has been well since.

  • Timetastic broken this afternoon

    Timetastic isn’t working at the moment, we are aware and are working on getting it back up and running.

    We were applying some Rails security updates and things didn’t quite go to plan, as soon as we get these glitches sorted it will be back up.

    Update [16:30]:
    Timetastic is now fixed and working as it should be, sorry we broke it.

  • Textburst Upload & Scheduling - short delay

    The server that processes uploads and scheduled messages stopped responding this morning, we’ve swapped the processes across to another server so all is now working fine but you may have experienced a short delay while we swapped this over.

  • New Status Page

    Everything is working as expected and we’ve launched a new status page on tumblr.

  • Delayed emails this morning

    We experienced a few delays processing emails this morning. This affected emails to staff, support tickets and users of our email-to-SMS service.

    We tracked down the problem to the SPAM filters on our email servers running a little slow, and have put measures in place to stop it happening again.

    All services are now working fine.

  • 100%, all systems are go!

    We’ve had a few issues with Outlook SMS and sporadic issues affecting textburst users on IE8 during the last week.

    We’re pleased to say they are now fixed and everything is working as you’d expect.
